Vasomedical Makes An Impact At The ACC Scientific Sessions 2010

WESTBURY, NY – Vasomedical, Inc. ("Vasomedical") (OTC: VASO.OB), the market leader in external counterpulsation therapy, with its patented and unique EECP® therapy systems for angina and ischemic heart disease, returned from the American College of Cardiology Scientific Sessions 2010 in Atlanta, Georgia with a heightened sense of optimism. Vasomedical put on display two of their core enhanced external counterpulsation (EECP®) therapy units - The Lumenair™, a stylish self-contained unit designed for effective treatment, patient comfort and ease of use, and the AngioNew®-V, an all-in-one mobile, automatic, compact designed unit that can be wheeled into a room and used with any standard exam table. Vasomedical also unveiled its new, sleek, bold corporate graphics at the show, which garnered quite a bit of enthusiasm at the Vasomedical booth. "We saw an increase of visitors this year to the Vasomedical booth," said Larry Liebman, Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Vasomedical, Inc. "Our live demonstration of EECP® Therapy and our new product lines, as well as our modern corporate graphics piqued the curiousity of new and former visitors alike." Many foreign attendees visited Vasomedical's booth to learn about EECP® therapy and were interested in acquiring the technology, which could mean expanded worldwide distribution of EECP® therapy in the near future.

As with the AHA back in November 2009, Vasomedical also saw an increased interest and many purchases and orders placed for its new patient management technology, The EZ™ O2 line of pulse oximeters and EZ™ ECG Monitor, as well as the compact, low power consumption Holter monitors. These products provide home or on-the-go monitoring for fragile cardiac, pulmonary and renal patients as well as those who wish to conduct an active and healthy lifestyle.
