General

The Marketing and Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling our medical devices, including EECP, Holter ECG recorder, ABP recorders and Cloud-based ECG analysis solution to healthcare establishments. This role involves market research, coordinating marketing efforts, maintaining relationships with clients, and attaining sales goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify new opportunities to increase product sales.
  • Assist in investigating and resolving customer complaints.
  • Strategically negotiate the terms of sale with customers to close sales.
  • Cold call and visit prospects on location.
  • Set appointments with provider’s staff and administrators.
  • Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory.
  • Educate medical staff on the benefits of medical devices.
  • Provide product demonstrations and support.
  • Maximize profits by upselling and cross-selling additional products.
  • Communicate between sales and support teams to improve customer experience.
  • Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to assist with strategy planning and implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Business, Education, Medical, History, Marketing, Engineering, Medical Technology, etc.
  • Skills: Desired skills include understanding of the medical device field, marketing analytic skills, experience with the selling process, and experience selling to medical professionals.
  • Experience: Fast learner and agility in adopting changes. Experience working as a Marketing and Sales Specialist in the past, and experience with a CRM tool like Salesforce is a plus.

Communications and Marketing Manager

Position Summary:

The Communications & Marketing Manager will oversee the Corporate IR / PR Function & assist in the coordination of certain marketing activities. This individual will be responsible for internal and external communication via digital, print and social media.

This position reports to the COO of Vaso Corporation and will be based out of Tampa, the location of our VasoTechnology Division.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee, support execution, and track progress of IR / PR Operating Plan.
  2. Develop the workflows, processes, & procedures for IR /PR Function.
  3. Track and report against the IR / PR Budget.
  4. Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for various initiatives.
  5. Manage annual IR / PR schedule.
  6. Plan, coordinate, and attend special events and functions; produce post-event activity reports & follow-up on action list.
  7. Manage quarterly and annual Earning’s Calls.
  8. Assist in the development of certain Marketing content & activities.
  9. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Possess superior communications skills; written, oral, digital, & social.
  2. Ability to create professional presentations, utilizing modern tools and techniques.
  3. Ability to self-start and manage to a positive / professional outcome when faced with time, direction, & resource limitations.
  4. Ability to bring creative thinking and experience to any planning cycle.
  5. Ability to adapt and respond to difficult questions and issues.
  6. Ability to organize and provide visibility to functional area activities.
  7. Able to lead and / or be part of a team.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
  • Five years of experience in marketing, communication, or a related field required.

Travel:

35% travel will be required, and will include travel between the company’s divisions as well as annual trade shows and events.
