Modality Sales Leader – Computed Tomography (CT)

Role Overview

The CT Modality Sales Leader (MSL) serves as the primary liaison between the GE HealthCare (GEHC) CT business and the VasoHealthcare field sales team. This role is responsible for representing the GEHC CT business unit, driving strategy, and providing tactical direction to field sales teams to achieve or exceed the annual Operating Plan (OP) for CT sales. The MSL leads competitive strategy, new business development, and ensures national alignment across all CT product sales activities.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain deep technical and clinical expertise in GEHC CT products and solutions, with emphasis on applications, workflow, configurations, and other features critical to segment specific customers
  • Support Vaso Account Managers (VAMs) in customer presentations when local CT specialists are unavailable, either in-person or virtually
  • Assist Vaso Region Managers (VRMs) with annual and quarterly planning to optimize CT business performance and exceed OP targets at both regional and national levels
  • Participate in strategic deal reviews as the CT representative to ensure optimal business outcomes
  • Act as the CT resource in forecast review calls
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of a network of segment-specific CT reference sites across the country
  • Lead the relationship with GEHC CT Modality teams, including:
    • Product positioning and pricing
    • Promotions and special packages
    • Specification of product portfolio and future product needs for segment specific customers, leveraging available data from multiple sources
    • Support CT product training for Account Managers, Region Managers, and new hires
    • Communicate product sales strategies, quarterly promotions, and training updates to regional sales teams
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with VP of Commercial Enablement, VP of Sales, and VP of Operations on cross-functional initiatives, including:
    • Win rate and CT modality market share analysis at territory, region, and national levels
    • Territory and region planning
    • Equipment finance and service contract programs

Qualifications / Experience

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Imaging Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in medical imaging product marketing, sales, or management
  • In-depth knowledge of CT, image management, and advanced visualization preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
