Role Summary

The Finance & Service Sales Leader (FSSL) serves as a strategic liaison between GE HealthCare’s Service Sales team, Healthcare Financial Services (HFS), and the VasoHealthcare field sales team. This role drives service and financing solutions, improves capture rates, and ensures seamless integration of offerings to maximize customer value and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture Rate Optimization
    • Maximize monthly Point-of-Sale (POS) and HFS capture rates by ensuring visibility into VasoHealthcare’s current-quarter sales funnel.
    • Confirm service contracts and finance proposals are included with every equipment opportunity.
    • Review monthly capture rate reports and identify trends and actions to improve performance by market/modality.
  • Financing Strategy & Expansion
    • Introduce alternative financial options where applicable.
    • Cultivate relationships with third-party and alternative lenders (e.g., entrepreneurs, startups).
    • Collaborate with HFS to develop and promote current financing programs.
  • Sales Enablement & Support
    • Provide deal-level support for service and financing when GEHC resources are unavailable.
    • Attend forecast calls to identify opportunities where POS or HFS can support wins.
    • Communicate capture rates and financing strategies to the field sales team.
  • Process Improvement & Training
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for Vaso processes related to service and finance.
    • Deliver ongoing education and training (e.g., Vensa sessions) for new hires and the broader sales team.
    • Ensure understanding of service contracts, workflows, and escalation protocols.
  • Relationship Management
    • Maintain strong partnerships with GEHC Service Sales and HFS leaders.
    • Conduct funnel reviews with the HFS Risk Team to address credit approval challenges.
    • Spend time in the field to identify adoption barriers and promote service and finance offerings.
  • Sales Intelligence & Strategy
    • Publish lists of end-of-term leases/loans and upcoming service renewals or win-back targets.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies; provide tactical guidance to the sales team.
    • Conduct quarterly win/loss evaluations to assess market share.
  • Tools & Resources
    • Build and manage a repository of top product service contracts.
    • Develop tailored service offerings for Vaso segment customers.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Communications, Imaging Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in medical imaging product marketing, sales, or management.
  • Strong understanding of financing and service sales preferred.
