Purpose:

The Credit & Finance Sales Leader (CFL) – works with the Vice President of Commercial Enablement (VP-CE) to serve as the conduit between GE HealthCare’s credit and finance business units and the VasoHealthcare field sales team (Account Managers, Region Managers and Region Vice Presidents). The CFL leads the VasoHealthcare internal credit review process to ensure all customers are credit reviewed and approved by GE HealthCare requirements at the time of order processing. The CFL also interfaces with GE HealthCare Financial Services (GE HFS) to meet or exceed the VasoHealthcare target of 45% of all VasoHealthcare orders are funded with GE HFS. The CFL shall also provide competitive strategy and tactical training to field sales team for financing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

· Create and distribute weekly credit report summarizing orders and forecast funnel which are credit reviewed and approved. Work with VasoHealthcare team to provide necessary customer documentation for GE HealthCare credit review process. Research customer’s business and financial background, as necessary.

· Act as credit and finance resource for all quarterly forecast calls to ensure optimal internal communication and collaboration.

· Review VasoHealthcare funnel with GE Healthcare credit team to ensure communication around forecasted deals and establish next steps on credit-challenged customers.

· Manage the customer list of those on credit hold and establish next steps to identify timeframe, actions to get customer invoices paid to current and remove from credit hold.

· Partner with alternate lending sources to structure creative financial approvals and proposals to assist clients in meeting their capital expenditure needs.

· Maintain thorough understanding of HFS finance products, promos and solutions for the rural market; strong emphasis on financial aspects including leasing, loaning and flexible payment structures.

· Assist Vaso Region Managers (VRMs) with annual and quarterly region planning to help ensure optimal performance of HFS in each of nine VHC regions and meeting/exceeding target for finance (per region and nationally).

· Together with VP-CE, manage the VasoHealthcare relationship with finance teams. Propose quarterly incentives to increase finance capture rate.

· Assist in all HFS and credit-related training of all account managers and region managers, including new hire training.

· Present specific HFS product sales strategies, quarterly promotions, and training to the VasoHealthcare team during Vensa and Region Meetings.

· Maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of trends and requirements in the markets, as well as activities of competitors.

· Develop, expand and maintain relationships with Alternate finance sources if GE HFS declines to finance any VasoHealthcare customers.

· Review KPIs on HFS with VP quarterly and work with Region Vice Presidents and Region Managers to improve performance.

· Provide support (in-person and/or virtual) to Vaso AMs when local HFS specialists are not available for customer presentations.

· Attend national and regional finance and lending conventions as directed by VP-CE.

Education/Experience:

· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Marketing, Communications, Imaging Technology or related field.

· 5 or more years of experience in medical imaging product marketing, product sales, or product management.

· In-depth knowledge of financing management preferred.
