Sales Excellence Manager – (Ultrasound)

Purpose

The Sales Excellence Manager provides the operational processes, sales structure, insights, training, and tools needed to support the sales team in the VasoHealthcare Ultrasound Channel. This includes working collaboratively with Channel Leadership, Region Management, account managers, business partners and other key stakeholders to increase overall performance with regards to channel KPI’s. This manager is a key part of the Ultrasound leadership team responsible for creating a culture of high performing sales professionals and elevating the brand of Vaso Healthcare within the Ultrasound served market.

The Sales Excellence Manager will add perspective to the sales organization through a deep knowledge of customers and their challenges, as well as data driven, fact-based insights about the sales process. Additionally, the role is involved in cross-functional projects implemented within the ultrasound channel from conception to implementation, working closely with VasoHealthcare leadership to improve channel performance through new initiatives. Through this work, there is a heavy emphasis on operationalizing the sales process.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead ultrasound initiatives focused on finding innovative ways to rapidly accelerate sales of high-impact services products
  • Partners closely with Vaso Ultrasound sales leaders & management to develop and oversee an ongoing sales training & coaching program, designed to improve win rates & team selling skills
  • Develop & oversee revenue-generating activities and initiatives across all served ultrasound segments and markets
  • Plays a key role with other VasoHealthcare leaders to ensure consistent approaches on communications, tools development, training, Salesforce automation and others crucial areas of enablement
  • Works closely with VasoHealthcare operations and enablement to manage backlog, understand customer financial status, lead incremental opportunity program and deliver help needed in deal escalation
  • Works with Vaso Ultrasound Leadership to assist with channel partner relationship management
  • Co-manages Vaso Ultrasound onboarding program for all team members
  • Builds and maintains Vaso Ultrasound sales assets, including playbooks, guides, client-facing collateral and discussion checklists/manuals.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, sales, marketing or equivalent combined education or work-related experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years sales operations, sales enablement, sales effectiveness, or business management experience preferably on a national level
  • Ultrasound sales experience preferred, with focus on customer facing roles and organizations
